The Spectrum of Effects

Every cannabis product at Mosaic has been analyzed for its terpene and cannabinoid profile and placed on a spectrum of seven experiential states. Start with how you want to feel. We'll take it from there.

REST — For winding down, releasing tension, and deep recovery.

REFLECT — For quiet introspection, mindfulness, and turning inward.

CASUAL — For social settings, light lifting, and functional ease.

BALANCE — For equilibrium — not too heavy, not too heady.

FOCUS — For clear-headed productivity and intentional work.

INSPIRE — For creative flow, artistic thinking, and uplifted energy.

ACTIVE — For physical engagement, motivation, and momentum.

Indica. Sativa. 28% THC. None of that tells you how you're going to feel.

For decades, cannabis has been sold on a framework that doesn't hold up to science. Indica vs. sativa is a botanical distinction — not an experiential one. THC percentage tells you potency, not effect. And strain names are inconsistent from grow to grow, batch to batch.

What actually determines how cannabis makes you feel is its terpene profile — the aromatic compounds that interact with cannabinoids to shape the experience. A myrcene-dominant product will feel fundamentally different from a limonene-dominant one, regardless of whether it's labeled indica or sativa.

Most dispensaries don't talk about this. We built our entire store around it.

Seven states. Infinite combinations. One framework that actually works.

REST

Deep relaxation. Built for stillness, sleep, and recovery.

REST products are the most sedative on the Spectrum. They're built for patients who need help winding down — chronic pain, insomnia, anxiety, or simply a body that won't stop moving. REST-state products are typically dominant in myrcene and linalool, terpenes associated with relaxation and physical ease.

Best for: sleep, pain relief, muscle recovery, anxiety, end-of-day unwinding.

WHEN TO USE REST:

Evening and nighttime. REST products are not designed for daytime use — they're designed for the moment when you're done with everything else.
